TRANSFORMAT ION:

To work together to build an inclusive education system that changes practices

to support success for all children and youth.

WHAT ’S CHANGING:

Government removing barriers to provide the best possible educational

experience for children and youth.

Which means:

 

everyone will need to think and work differently.

SHARED OUT COMES:

Children and youth are supported in their education success through the

co-ordination of appropriate and seamless service from Government of

Alberta ministries and community service providers who work with them

and their families, during their pre-school to grade 12 education journey.
