Alberta is home to thousands of generous volunteers who dedicate their time to making our province a better place to live and work. Each year, the Government of Alberta celebrates these outstanding citizens with the Stars of Alberta Volunteer Awards. Six awards will be presented this year, two in each category of youth, adult and senior.

Nominations for these awards are open until September 20, 2019. You are encouraged to nominate the volunteers in your schools and communities who demonstrate extraordinary initiative, leadership and creativity in their service to others.
