On behalf of the Black Gold School Division, thank you to all stakeholders who joined the Division at the Stakeholder Engagement Evening at the Council of School Communities on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at West Haven Public School.

The goal of the evening was to converse and consult with students, staff, parents and community leaders about educational issues in order to contribute to the success of Black Gold School Division.  Below is summary of the feedback the Division received from participants that evening.

Recently, at the Board of Trustees’ Spring Update and Planning Session on May 6 – 7, 2020, Trustees and the Division’s Leadership Team reviewed the rich comments and feedback that participants provided that evening.  The summary provided below was utilized in discussions about strategic priorities and helped to assist with the Division’s strategic planning for the 2020 – 2021 school year.

In the coming year, the Division looks forward to providing more opportunities to engage our valued stakeholders and hope that all stakeholders would be willing to be involved in future opportunities.  Thank you again to all those that gave their time and commitment to Black Gold School Division.
