The live registration link will be available, 9:00 a.m., January 24, 2018, on our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten web pages. Please be aware, there may be a slight delay in the link becoming live, so please be patient and refresh your web browser.  If the link doesn’t become live after 10 minutes please contact Division Office.

A few reminders before registering online:

  • It’s important for you to know if your child is of eligible age prior to registering them for Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten (see our program pages for more information).
  • Prior to registering your child in the 2018 – 2019 school year, parents will want to check to make sure their designated school boundary has not changed. If you don’t know your designated school you can our Find a School page and use the map to scroll to your neighbourhood and check the respective schools and the associated boundaries. Alternatively, you can call Division Office or the school to make sure.
  • All families will be asked to register their child online. A paper copy of the registration form will not be available. The online registration form is also mobile friendly, meaning you can use your smartphone to register.  All schools will have a kiosk/chromebook available for families that do not have access to a computer or the internet as well.
  • When registering online, families should ensure they select the 2018 – 2019 registration button and they are using the correct registration year form. Any 2018 – 2019 registration entered into the 2017 – 2018 system will not be carried over and any registration entered prior to the January 24, 2018 | 9:00 a.m. opening date will not be processed.

The e-booklet below is designed to help introduce families to our Early Child Services (Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten) programs and guide you through the initial registration process. This is just one way over the coming years we plan to work with you, in partnership, to ensure that your child grows and develops in a safe and caring environment, in order to reach his or her full potential.

We hope you are just as excited for the journey as we are!
