View your child's bus stop location, bus number, pick-up and drop-off times, and bus pass scan records through the Bus Planner Parent Portal.

How to Set Up Your Bus Planner Parent Portal

Follow the steps below:

  1. Visit Bus Planner
  2. Create an account (if you do not already have one)
  3. Add your child using their Student ID from PowerSchool

When Will My Child's Bus Stop Information Be Available?

Registered by June 30

  • 🗓️ Transportation information for students registered by June 30 will begin appearing in Bus Planner on August 20.
  • If you do not see your child's transportation assignment by the last week of August, please email transportation@blackgold.ca

Registered after June 30

  • Students registered after June 30 may not be assigned transportation for the first day of school
  • Please continue checking Bus Planner regularly, as transportation assignments will continue to be added throughout late August and September

Mid-year Registrations

  • Please allow up to two weeks for transportation to be assigned. We will work to accommodate students as quickly as possible

Stay Up to Date

  • Bus pick-up and drop-off times may change by up to five minutes without notice
  • Regularly checking your Bus Planner Parent Portal can help keep you up to date on any minor adjustments to bus pick-up and drop-off times
