Contacting the Transportation Department
To help you find answers quickly, we encourage you to start with our FAQ page.
📞 For emergencies involving student safety, such as a missing child, please call us immediately at (780) 955-6025.
✉️ For all other inquiries, you must email [email protected].
This is the fastest way to reach us and allows us to track and respond to your questions as efficiently as possible.
When emailing, please be sure to include:
- Your name
- Your child(ren)’s name(s)
- Home address
- The school they are attending
We can assist best by email with:
- Registration, eligibility, fees, or missing application forms
- Bus stop questions or changes
- Cancellation requests
- Address changes
- School of Choice transportation requests
- Ineligible transportation requests
- Concerns about drivers or student behaviour
- All other transportation questions that may not be addressed in our FAQ.
