📞 For emergencies involving student safety, such as a missing child, please call us immediately at (780) 955-6025.

✉️ For all other inquiries, you must email [email protected].
This is the fastest way to reach us and allows us to track and respond to your questions as efficiently as possible.

When emailing, please be sure to include:

  • Your name
  • Your child(ren)’s name(s)
  • Home address
  • The school they are attending

We can assist best by email with:

  • Registration, eligibility, fees, or missing application forms
  • Bus stop questions or changes
  • Cancellation requests
  • Address changes
  • School of Choice transportation requests
  • Ineligible transportation requests
  • Concerns about drivers or student behaviour
  • All other transportation questions that may not be addressed in our FAQ.
