Bus Pass Information
How Bus Passes Work
- Each pass is student-specific: name, bus number, school.
- Must be scanned every time your child boards or leaves the bus.
- Helps with:
- Student safety
- Accurate ridership tracking
- Quickly locating students in an emergency
- Remind your child to scan consistently!
Bus Pass Delivery
🌞 Summer Registrations (before schools starts)
- Bus must be assigned in Bus Planner before riding.
- First week: Ride without a pass if visible in Bus Planner.
- After first week: Pass required daily.
Distribution by grade:
- K–3: Mailed to home. Make sure your PowerSchool address is correct.
➡️ Didn’t get it? Email [email protected] - 4–12: Picked up at school during first week.
🕒 Mid-Year Registrations (after school starts)
- Cannot ride immediately; bus must be assigned first.
- Pass printed & sent to school (up to 2 weeks).
- Check Bus Planner for stop & assignment.
- Need a pass sooner? Email [email protected] for pickup.
Lost or Damaged Pass Replacement
- Log in to PowerSchool → Student Fees and Forms → Replacement Bus Pass
- $20 fee required; pass issued after payment.
- Passes printed Fridays, sent to school following week.
- Reported for missing a pass? Order promptly or the fee will be added to your PowerSchool account.
