Contacting the Transportation Department

We want to help you as quickly as possible. Before contacting us, we encourage you to review our Transportation FAQ page, which answers many common questions.

✉️ General Questions

For questions about registration, fees, bus stops, address changes, transportation eligibility, or other transportation concerns, please email transportation@blackgold.ca.

Email is the fastest and most efficient way to reach our team and helps us ensure your inquiry is directed to the appropriate staff member.

📞 Emergencies

If there is an emergency involving a student, such as a missing child, please call (780) 955-6025 immediately.

If you are unable to reach us at that number, contact our 24-hour emergency monitoring call centre at (780) 979-0977.

🕒 Regular Hours: 8:30 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

🕒 Summer Hours (July 6–August 14): 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 12:45 PM–4:30 PM
🔔 Please note: The Division Office is closed on Fridays during this period.
