Secretary - Black Gold Outreach School - Beaumont
Duties:
- First point of contact for students and parents in the school.
- Promoting an atmosphere of respect and positivity while handling phone calls and in-person inquiries by students, parents, staff and school visitors.
- Organizing and inputting data
- Handling new student registration inquiries.
- Assist and direct students as required.
- Work collaboratively with administration with the utmost degree of confidentiality.
- Complete clerical and other duties as assigned by the principal/administration.
Qualifications:
- Functional capabilities with: PASI, PowerSchool, Google Office, Microsoft Office and Rycor
- Previous experience in a school environment is an asset
- Strong independent and group work competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours & Compensation
- Postition Term: August 25 to September 29, 2026
- Hours of work: To be determined (17.5 hours per week)
- Salary and benefits according to current C.U.P.E. Collective Agreement
