Duties:

  • First point of contact for students and parents in the school.
  • Promoting an atmosphere of respect and positivity while handling phone calls and in-person inquiries by students, parents, staff and school visitors.
  • Organizing and inputting data 
  • Handling new student registration inquiries.
  • Assist and direct students as required.
  • Work collaboratively with administration with the utmost degree of confidentiality.
  • Complete clerical and other duties as assigned by the principal/administration.

Qualifications:

  • Functional capabilities with: PASI, PowerSchool, Google Office, Microsoft Office and Rycor
  • Previous experience in a school environment is an asset
  • Strong independent and group work competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hours & Compensation

  • Postition Term: August 25 to September 29, 2026
  • Hours of work: To be determined (17.5 hours per week)
  • Salary and benefits according to current C.U.P.E. Collective Agreement
