Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Experience teaching DIV I is considered an asset.
- An ability to engage students in music lessons and to foster development of an appreciation for music.
- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively with others.
- A desire to reflect and grow professionally.
- An ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community.
- A belief that staff, students and parents must work together to develop and maintain a positive and productive teaching and learning environment.
- A commitment to creating a safe and caring school environment.
