Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Experience teaching Grade 2 students and supporting students with literacy and numeracy
- A positive attitude and a desire to provide differentiated and engaging learning experiences for all students
- Strong understanding and previous implementation of Visible Learning Ability to create and implement Instructional Support Plans (ISPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)
- Strong work ethic
- Strong collaboration, interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills
- Strong behavioural management skills
- Commitment to a positive school climate and culture
