Phys Ed Teacher - Leduc Composite High School
We are seeking an energetic, dedicated, and highly motivated Physical Education Teacher to lead our athletic department. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging physical education curricula, assessing student progress, and working closely with our school sports teams.

Contract Term:
August 25, 2026 - June 29, 2027
Teaching Assignment:
Phys Ed 9, 20 & 30; other duties as assigned by the Principal
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, paired with a proven ability to cultivate positive, trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and highly collaborative environment among students, staff, and parents.
- Plan, implement, and lead dynamic daily physical education classes that cater to a diverse range of student abilities.
- A demonstrated, authentic commitment to a healthy lifestyle and the physical fitness of youth.
- A commitment to life-long learning and professional development.
- Willingness to work and collaborate within a team environment.
- Previous physical education teaching experience or an academic major in Physical Education is an asset
- A Class 2 driver's license with S endorsement is an asset
- This position requires the successful candidate to work exclusively during afternoon hours
