Contract Term:

Teaching Assignment:

French Language Arts 10-12, Social Studies and/or ELA may be added to the assignment; other duties as assigned by the Principal

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Written and spoken fluency in both French and English 
  • Previous experience teaching or a major in the area of FLA an asset 
  • Ability to teach other courses in English if required 
  • Ability to build healthy, supportive relationships with students 
  • Willingness to work and collaborate within a team environment to support and promote French Immersion programming 
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships   
  • Have strong organizational and leadership skills
  • A commitment to life-long learning and professional development
  • A willingness to contribute to the larger school community
