Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Passionate about holistic kindergarten education, seamlessly blending social- emotional growth with hands-on foundational literacy and numeracy.
- Skilled in inclusive, differentiated instruction, utilizing universal supports to engage all learners.
- Experienced in supporting diverse needs, including students with Individualized Support Plans (ISPs) and complex medical profiles.
- Knowledgeable in evidence-based curricula, with a strong understanding of (or readiness to learn) UFLI and Mathology.
- Expertise in play-based learning to foster organic student engagement.
- Highly collaborative team player, experienced in partnering with grade-level cohorts, families, and multidisciplinary specialists (SLP, OT, PT, and support staff).
- Organized and tech-literate with keen attention to detail.
