Find Your Child's Bus Information in Bus Planner

🚨 Important: You will not receive a notification when transportation is assigned

Parents/guardians are responsible for setting up a Bus Planner Parent Portal account and checking it regularly.

  • Register by June 30 to have busing information available by mid-August.
  • Registrations after June 30 may not have busing ready for the first day of school.
  • Bus assignments can change until the first day of school and throughout the year — this is normal. Check regularly to stay updated.

How to Set Up Your Bus Planner Parent Portal

  1. Visit the Bus Planner Parent Portal
  2. Create an account (if you don’t already have one)
  3. Add your child using their Student ID from PowerSchool
💡 Trouble adding your child?
If your child is pre-registered, it may take a few days for their Student ID to be recognized. Wait a few days and try again.

What You’ll See in Bus Planner

Once your child has been assigned transportation, you'll be able to view:

  • Bus number
  • Pick-up and drop-off location
  • Pick-up and drop-off times
  • Scan records (after your child begins riding the bus)

✔️ We recommend checking your Parent Portal weekly during the school year.
✔️ Make sure your contact info is correct in PowerSchool to receive any emailed updates.

If your address or email needs to be updated:
– During the school year, contact your child’s school directly
– During summer break, call 780-955-6025 and ask for the Data Team
