Responsibilities:

  • Alberta teaching certification with a focus on Early Childhood Services.
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting is an asset.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to inclusive education and student well-being.
  • A passion for early learning, creativity, and building positive relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with young children and an understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
  • Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices that support early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional learning, and student independence.
  • Ability to plan and differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive education, positive behaviour support
