Teaching Assignment:
Junior High English Language Arts, Social, Math and Science homeroom teacher
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Experience teaching Grade 6 is considered an asset as a bridge to teaching a Grade 7 Homeroom
- Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, stakeholders, and the community
- Design and deliver highly tailored, differentiated instruction in all subjects to meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students
- A positive attitude and the ability to be flexible with the demands of the job
- Highly collaborative and a team player
- A strong work ethic and a personal commitment to working in a Professional Learning Community
- A belief that staff, students, and parents must work together to develop and maintain a positive and productive teaching/learning environment
