Curious about learning - Kindergarten teachers focus on literacy

Our teachers are learners too!

On October 14, kindergarten teachers from throughout Black Gold talked about strengthening literacy skills in our youngest learners. 

The focus was on exploring how literacy develops through relationships, oral language, play, inquiry, representation and purposeful learning experiences. 

Thanks to our kindergarten and pre-kindergarten teachers and to the support staff who are dedicated to helping our little learners have a great start to their school experience!
