Black Gold’s Grade 1–3 teachers recently gathered for a collaborative professional development session focused on literacy and numeracy.
The group explored high-impact strategies for small group instruction, allowing teachers to better tailor their teaching to the diverse needs of their students. By working together and sharing their experiences, teachers left with new ideas and practical tools ready to be used immediately to help Black Gold students thrive.
