  • Covenant Christian School students dazzle in Aladdin Jr.

    On March 20-21, 2024, Grade 8 students from Covenant Christian School illuminated the stage at the Maclab Centre in Leduc with their dazzling performance of ‘Aladdin Jr.’

    Their stellar performances brought the beloved tale to life, captivating audiences with their passion and dedication. As the curtains rose, the budding stars dazzled audiences with their talent, truly embodying the essence of their classroom motto of “Seizing the Stage.”

    “Our students exhibited sheer brilliance as they brought the beloved tale to life with their remarkable talent and dedication,” said Principal Donavin Simmons. “The cast, crew, and choir not only showcased their exceptional gifts, but also embodied the school’s core purpose of Flourishing Learners, Delight in God, and Inspired to Serve.”

    “We extend our heartfelt thanks to our greater Leduc community, our school trustees and superintendent of schools for attending and further affirming their support for the student’s endeavors,” added Simmons. “Together, they celebrated the magic of ‘Aladdin Jr.” and left a lasting impression on all who attended.”
