Facility Rental Information & Rates

General Information

Community Use Hours (Hours may vary by location):

  • Monday – Friday: 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.

The following scenarios will require an additional charge of $35.00 per hour + GST:

  • Any work from the Division’s Facility Staff required for setup and take down of tables, chairs, tarps, equipment, etc.
  • Any additional custodial work deemed necessary
  • Any groups of 50 participants or over, including tournaments
  • A damage deposit will be required for events where additional costs may be incurred. The amount of the damage deposit will be identified on the rental agreement.

Community Use Booking Requests

2022-2023 School Year
We are currently booking facilities for the 2022-2023 school year. To request a facility, please fill out the Rental Request Form.

PLEASE NOTE: Our facilities are closed to rentals for July and August.

2023-2024 School Year
Booking requests for the upcoming school year are accepted starting June 1 and are processed in the order in which they are received. 

To request a facility, please fill out the Rental 23/24 Rental Request Form.

Community requests are considered after-school use and Joint Use programming has been reserved; this is often in July and August.

Bookings will be officially confirmed after September 15, 2023.

Joint Use Booking Requests

Booking requests for the upcoming school year are accepted starting May 1, 2023. Joint Use requests will be tentatively booked by June 30 and officially confirmed on September 15.

​For use of School Facilities under the Joint Use Agreement, municipal user groups must:

  • Be a municipal-sponsored or operated program/group, and
  • Be covered by the municipalities insurance.
