• Two letters of reference
• Vulnerable Sector Check and/or Proof of application (issued within one year from the start of employment)
• Intervention Record Check and/or Proof of application (issued within one year from the start of employment)
  • Apply for a Intervention Record Check at any Child and Family Services Authority office.
