Transition Information Night at ÉSCBHS

Parents/guardians, students, and members of the BGSD learning community are invited to attend our Transition Information Night at École Secondaire Beaumont Composite High School, located at 5417 43 Ave, Beaumont, on Thursday, May 16, from 6:00pm – 8:30pm.

This event is to support students who will receive a K&E Certificate of Achievement, or a Certificate of Achievement. These students may need extra support transitioning from high school into adulthood, from agencies such as AISH, PDD, etc. There will also be some post-secondary schools available to answer questions about transition programs at the post-secondary level.

This is an informal event with booths set up around our atrium for each agency, allowing you to connect with those that you may have questions for. This Information Night will feature: AISH, Leduc LINX, Leduc Community Living Association, Olds College and others.

The Transition Information Night will help increase parent/guardian/educator understanding about transitioning our inclusive education students through the education system and beyond.
