On behalf of the Black Gold School Division, we send our deepest sympathies to His Royal Highness King Charles III and the members of the Royal Family on the passing of Canada’s Head of State and the longest-reigning British monarch, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

As Canadians, we stand together with the global community in this period of loss, mourning and change. Flags at our schools and facilities are being lowered to half-mast in recognition of her decades-long service as Canada’s Sovereign.
