The format for the New Humble Centre School – Notice of Motion – School Closure – Public Engagement Evening, taking place Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. will be as follows:

- Meeting Overview
- Review of the Viability Report
- Next Steps
- Carousel Activity (1.5 hours available)
- Information stations where attendees can ask questions and provide comments/suggestions will be set up throughout the school. Station topics will include: Business/Finance, Operations and Maintenance, Transportation, Programming and Human Resources)
- Submission of Alternatives/Comments
This is an important event that provides the Board of Trustees and Black Gold School Division with an opportunity to hear from its valued stakeholders.
